An upscale of the Moonward Casting / Healing set for TBSE Fluff.

The dye channels should apply to all races.
The bottoms should work for all midlander-based males.
The top should work for Midlander, Miqo'te, and Viera males.
For some reason in vanilla the top comes with way more models than other tops?

* With or without bulge
* Second dye channel
