To view these files you will need the MakePlace App and to actually build it in your house you will need the "BDTH" and "MakePlace" plugin. (or you place it by hand, go ham)

This garden has everything an FC needs. Chocobo Stable, Training Dummy, Mailbox, Gardenpatch.
The way to get onto the roof is by parkouring onto the Stargazing Deck Bookshelf and then jump onto the Pagoda and onto the Balcony.
I did include a design for every size plot. Obviously they will differ.
Furthermore you will potentially need to adjust if the entrance to your plot is in a different spot.
