an upscale for the "Wintertide Sheath Skirt" for Bibo M.
for every tall female race.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
added a smaller version of the skirt that clips less with vanilla tops, but the skirt will clip in certain sitting poses at the front bottom
------------------------------------------------------------------------
fixed the meta toggle for the upper legs becoming invisible instead of the shins when wearing knee high vanilla boots and the knees sometimes not hiding with certain vanilla boots.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
note: the skirt clips when ground sitting in certain poses with the vanilla skirt.
this is also present in the upscale.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
