Goated Silver Edit

This is a copy of Cultist's Goated for Viera that includes a small edit to the silver material on the horns and tail to make it more reflective and in line with the silver accents on the lightforged addon (available through the original mod, not included here) in a variety of environments. Completely unnecessary unless you're going for bright silver metal, even in a dark room-- in which case, I invite you to use this edited mod in place of the original.
