Lately I've been playing too much Armored core 6, and I figured why not draw an eye based on Handler Walter's emblem. So... Yeah, should work just fine I think... If not then rip my reading comprehension then.
The glow is disabled by default, to enable it you have to check the box and then within advanced editing. Go to materials tab and select the material file being used, within the file look for material constants and underneath it you should find "g_EmissiveColor". That will be how you adjust your glow intensity and color! Don't forget to hit save to file afterwards!
