Eyes inspired by V.IV Rusty's emblem. Been meaning to draw this for a while, but got kinda lost on how I should approach the design. It started off looking like a simple wolf's eye buuuuut it kinda went overboard... Anyhoo, the default colours will lean towards blue because of the diffuse, sooo do with that knowledge as you will.
And if you want glow like that red look then you have to go to advanced editing in penumbra. Then materials, and look for the material that's being used. If you have Asymmetrical Eyes Framework by Midori, you can have a second glow option under IRI_B material instead of just IRI_A.
Because I'm cringe, here's a quote~
"Where did this...resolve come from? You must have chosen something... sacrificed something... You found your purpose...didn't you, buddy?!"
