[Opuk] Fenris for Bibo+ -DT

Requires a body installed that includes Bibo+ skin material.

I could no longer find this tattoo anywhere but luckily had an old copy I could update. Should work for any midlander based bodies. Also adding the base textures for anyone who may want to make their own. Glow color can be changed in materials tab.

Edit: found it also works with elezen if set to midlander. sorry about that.
