An updated version of "Free the Cat Ears (and Tails)" by Tamrine https://xivmodarchive.com/modid/52660 (original mod not required and will conflict.)
Adds the 7.1-7.5 hats (with some exceptions) to the previous mod by Tamrine, and includes the old mod's hats edited to include the new viera/hrothgar hat compatibility and hair visible on hoods.
You can check what items are changed in the "Changed Items" tab of the Penumbra mod, as there are far too many to list here.
