Free the Cat Ears (and Tails)

A large collection of metadata edits which makes Miqo'te ears (and earrings) visible for currently 123 different hat models (not counting shared models), along with tails on the Phoenix Riser Suit and Moonward Cloak of Striking and Scouting for all tailed races.

Currently up to date with patch 7.05 content.

In general, I tried to select only hats with minor clipping, but I let slide a few hats where the ears (or earrings) clip with some small accessories (such as the Tacklefiend's Hat). Otherwise, I've not included any hat for which I felt it wouldn't make sense to see the ears, such as overly big or elaborate hats. All helmets, and all hats with ear-socks are also excluded.

- For the first time in years, SE have themselves added a hat that shows Miqo ears with the Vanguard Mask of Scouting / Aiming / Striking. Let’s hope for more.
