There was an attempt at making a shattered glass type look, wanted to see if making those lines glow would be cool or not. I think it looks alright ig
To have the glow/emissive, you have to go into advanced editing, materials, and look for the material that's being used. If you have Asymmetrical Eyes Framework by Midori, you can have a second glow option under IRI_B material instead of just IRI_A.
