Affects: Cape of Happiness
The capeless version of the Nineveh dress refitted to SBTL. The example image is with TBSE legs, but I double-checked and it looks like it should fit fine over SBTL legs as well.
Has only one dye channel, as this was a pre-dt mod. Since as usual I like to go ham with custom dyes, you can feel free to check the original mod page to preview the original colors of the non-dyeable parts \o/
