Ok so... I really wanted to use the fancy arm cape things from Symphonia, but they also didn't come with physics and I found it a little jarring. I tried my best to apply sleeve physics to them, but those physics can only activate with a metadata toggle on chest gear/glams. Therefore, I chose to merge the arm capes onto the Belle dress out of personal preference (and yes that is entirely the reason I decided to just convert the entire Belle outfit to masc model before).
Imo the physics are far from perfect (and I had to drastically reshape the cape for the physics, so tbh retaining the integrity of the original shape was difficult), but hopefully still preferable to no physics at all! If you have the simple heels plugin and the capes look odd on certain idles, you could try to use the livepose feature on the Pauldron and j_ex_top_a + j_ex_top_b bones on each arm (those are all under the "Clothes" bone category), but honestly heels often fails to reapply those parts so you'd have to make sure you export your livepose and then manually reapply it whenever heels forgets your setting. An annoying amount of effort, up to you whether it's worth or not ;D

The first dye channel impacts the blouse + arm capes (so you'll need to custom dye them yourself if you want them separate colors like I did) and the second channel impacts the suspender skirt
I went ahead and gave metallic color choices to this one because the metals in Belle are silver and the metals in Symphonia are gold, so those choices are as follows:
- The original metallic colors (if you want some mixed metallics action)
- Silver
- Gold
- Rose Gold (aka, I just went ahead and added the colors I used in my own custom dyes in case anyone wanted the preview image's version :V)
