Think those sirens are annoying? How about replacing them with something (worse? better?)

I just had this incredibly silly idea for a mod in m head for a while and I had to make it a reality.

It should work at Castrum Meridianum, Keeper of the Lake and anywhere else in the game the original alarm sound plays.
