Author's Comments:

This pose was made specifically for close‑up shots.
It’s not the easiest to shape, since the camera, hand, and face all need to align perfectly — but with a bit of patience, it works beautifully.
It should be usable for most races and also for female characters.
Please note that it requires some fine‑tuning and careful positioning.
