A simple normal map edit for The Body 2.0 that replaces the original normal map with a blank (i.e. smooth) one. By default this normal map is applied to the males in the game via the muscle slider where 100 is fully applied and 0 is not at all. Unfortunately not all races, for example Miqo'te, have access to this slider and for them it is always applied at the full value.
What this essentially does is set the muscle slider to 0 for all males in the game who are Midlanders, Miqo'te and Elezen. This can be used to achieve a twinkier look if you're using Type 1 of The Body 2.0, or maybe you just don't like the look that the muscle slider normals give to the skin even if you're using a more muscular option (I know I personally don't).
As per request, Au Ra and Highlanders are now included and the modpack is fully modular so you can choose which races are affected! Enjoy! Due to the scales on Au Ra, they kind of obtain a flat look like they're painted on or are tattoos. This may or may not appeal to you - simply fulfilling the request! This could be "fixed" by separating the scales and only having them in the normal, however this is a bit beyond my scope at the moment and many people use custom scales. Just keep this in mind!
If you try this mod out and don't like it, just reinstall The Body 2.0 to overwrite the changes it makes.
