Short, frilly dress with matching tights and shoes.
Weights are not perfect but I tried my best. ;w;
Custom meshes.
CHANGES METADATA FOR THE LEGS to disable shoe gear.
Included optional install for shoes only.
Uses Lithe+ (small default chest, vanilla hips).
THIS MOD WAS CREATED BEFORE BIBO+ SWITCHED TO _BIBO MATERIAL.
YOU NEED TO ENABLE SKIN MATERIAL AUTO ASSIGN AND HAVE BIBO+ MATERIALS INSTALLED.

I created this mod before Penumbra was a thing and did not test it with it, therefore I cannot guarantee it works with Penumbra.
