Bonk!!! v2

Adds the Candy Cane tankbuster animation from Aenc Thon (first boss in Dohn Mheg) onto the /slap emote, as well as added sound effects, visual effects, and a better synced facial expression.

Version 2 adds Pictomancer's Hammer Stamp, Hammer Brush and Polishing Hammer for all your bonking needs.
These new emotes look a little funky while used when your target is very close, sitting, or when you are sitting.
I can't fix this, but honestly it looks hilarious and that's in the spirit of this mod, so even if I could fix this, I wouldn't.
