Comes with a .rar file, just export that into a folder in your Penumbra folder, and re-discover mods. It should show up!
Uses voices from all sources I could find -- Dissidia, FFXIV, and some other things. Some lines may have echo -- I did my best to edit them out, but the echo is hard-baked into the Ala Mhigo voice lines and I can't make it perfect. Works fine as far as testing went, on myself and other players! Some parts are kept the same as Voice 10 as it's literally so close to Zenos and we couldn't find alternatives, so it works fairly seamlessly.
