Ardbert to Thancred

Swaps Ardbert to Thancred's SHB/EDW appearance using texture & material wizardry! Only affects his Gunbreaker outfit, other outfits are going to have a seam and skin color difference most likely. If importing via TT, it's important to note that I've made the GNB 80 AF weapon (Lion Heart) invisible for screenshot purposes. You can avoid this by unticking the Lion Heart files during import (or deleting the weapon folder in the Penumbra mod directory if you're using Penumbra).

I haven't tested all cutscenes with this, I just wanted a gif of Ardbert fanning himself LOL. Please note the colors aren't 1:1 to Ardbert's actual model, though I tried to get them as close as I could.

This is a proof of concept mod, the player versions of the GNB 80 AF are broken & it is best used with a NPC-only Penumbra collection.
I've uploaded this as a .ttmp2 so others can pick apart the mod and make their own NPC replacers. Enjoy!
