Sometimes, you just need a bit of asymmetry and variation to make a design pop.
Asym Viera Ears ("AVE" for short) simply edits each ear variation's model to un-mirror the UV, thus allowing asymmetrical textures, instead of the same texture mirrored to each ear.
AVE includes three example patterns- these can be enabled separately per ear variant. (see below for details)
Not all design previews are shown here, but there are 3 patterns x 4 ear types x 2 body types = 24 individual variants, not counting the default appearance variant. Each one was individually painted, so you will notice some visual differences between ear types.
Compatibility and Installation Information
* You do not need Asym Faces to use Asym Viera Ears (though they should be compatible); Asym Viera Ears is not related to any Asym Viera Faces or any Asym Faces mods.
* This may conflict with other mods that replace Viera ear meshes or textures, such as HD Speckled Rabbits by porsef.
* Generally compatible with Bibo and other hair mods or body replacement mods (as far as I can tell)

Floofy Viera Tails Compatibility
If you intend to use this mod with Floofy Viera Tails (https://www.xivmodarchive.com/modid/39054), you must also install the compatibility patch: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1upTqn4Jm5MRQjEDaRgv4z1ZPetzcTMPf/view?usp=sharing This patch includes the models from Floofy Viera Tails, but not the textures.
Please install them in this priority order (ascending):
1) Floofy Viera Tails
2) Asym Viera Ears
3) Asym Viera Ears - Floofy Viera Tails patch
Make sure that the ear type of your choice is enabled in the settings for both the compatibility patch and the main AVE mod!

Available Options (per ear type):
* "Off": Disable AVE entirely for this ear type.
* "Default": The default look of the ear. Use this option if you intend to install AVE addons for this ear type.
* "Spots": Spots and speckles ear pattern.
* "Rings": Snow leopard-like ring fur pattern.
* "Heart (Right)": A single heart on the right ear.
The positions and appearances of patterns will vary slightly according by ear type.
Unfortunately, I'm not very experienced when it comes to modeling or texturing, so if you don't like any of the options included in this mod, I hope that you will use this resource to make the beautiful asymmetrical bnuuy ear textures of your dreams.
