Replaces the VFX of White Mage's Assize with the Anthine Needles attack from the Lunatenders. I enlarged the animation range for the player character to help assize not feel too small and it does have some sparkling effects as a warning! Top right image is the orginal assize, the others are closeups of the flowers, a view from the side to check the height, and a view from above to see the range.

under npc tab: lunatender vfx 2

under action tab: assize vfx 1
