7.2 UPDATE: fixed a funny crash

mod that affects both teleport and return :) it's honestly pretty basic, but i hope u guys enjoy it! takes from reaper's lb3(blue summoning circle shown in thumbnail) as well as some of the hades boss effects for the actual port(purple fog)
