Roseart is Pictomancer weapon mod inspired by the new Pictomancer job.
It replaces the Serpent Elite Wand. The white portion of the handle is dyable.
The proportions are more in line with reveal trailer.
Mostly did this so everyone could have a base to make their own brushes!
