Someone has likely already made this and I missed it ;
but in any case I tried my best so she no longer has blocky vanilla fingers and textures -> this does not affect her face and head model and textures at all as they are completely separate
Version Update 1.1 I found an embarrassingly easy solution to all my previous problems
