Welcome to the Eye of the Universe.
If you haven't played Outer Wilds, go play it, It truly is an amazing game and this tattoo is obviously a reference to it.
If you plan on taking a look at it, please for the love of god, do not spoil yourself EVER, or you will very much regret it if you're planning to play it.
This mod is applicable on top of any other regular tattoo (understand: non glowing tattoo), make cool combinations !

If you only rely on Atramentum Luminis, then select "No".
I highly recommend using Oiled Up as it is an amazing mod, and you are not obligated to apply an oily effect to your skin, it can also act as a useful skin framework !
