Late Allagan Sneaking Suit Gen3 upscale to:
T&F3 XXL and EXQB chests
RT Plump TL and RT Mega TL legs

Use https://www.xivmodarchive.com/modid/53120 by Dragonseeker79 for textures.

This mod modifies the top and bottom materials to allow transparency.
Adjust the transparency of the Top B and Bottom C materials in Penumbra if you want your suit to be sheer.
Select these materials in 'Materials' tab of Penumbra Advanced Editing and
increase the value of g_AlphaThreshold in Material Constants.
Try values between 0.5 and 2.0 and find your favorites!
