Author's Comments:
A revealing version of the "Leonhart Jacket" using TBSE for male and gen 3 textures for female.
This mod affect all races except Female Lalafell
The modpack let you choose 3D model you want to import and you can choose to import or not texture from my VHQP mod.
You will need a Gen 3 body modpack to make this work.
For the male version you will need The body SE : https://www.xivmodarchive.com/modid/35114
